1. 1. The highest bid at the closing time listed above will win. If there is a bid within 5 minutes of the closing time (original or extended closing time), 5 minutes shall be added to the time of the last bid, until there are no bids within the final 5 minutes. Because seconds are not displayed on post timestamps, these examples will be used as a reference.
   2. No Reserve. The Starting Bid of this auction will be treated as the Reserve Price.
   3. Bids must be placed in whole US dollars, using numbers in minimum increments as stated above. (bids using images or spelled out numbers are not valid)
   4. All bids are to be placed openly in this thread. No bids via Private Message/Convo. Sellers are not permitted to bid on their own auctions.
   5. The seller reserves the right to edit the listing to clarify statements or correct any errors.
   6. Once a valid bid is made, the auction can not be canceled. Bid edits and/or retractions are not permitted. Violations of this rule will result in discipline at the discretion of PCF Admins and/or Moderators.

About the chips:
Up for auction are 100x Starburst solid leaded Paulson Off White SCV chips. These chips are overall in very good shape, though there are some with tarnished/oxidized hot stamp foil. There is very little edge wear, and nicks and warpage are minimal (see the overhead chip rack photo). All chips easily stand on edge. Photos include both sides of all chip faces so that there are no surprises! Note that in the two face up photos of all 100 chips, each chip is in the same position in both photos.

Please note the following aspects of the chips in the photos:

• There are eight overstamps. Seven of the eight are in the top row of the face up photos, first seven chips on the left. The eighth is in the fourth row from the top, third chip from the left.
• Some hotstamps are oxidized, and some are incompletely applied.
• There is some color variation.
• Many of the chips look dirty. They are not. They contain what appears to be metallic dust, or possibly some unintended contaminant in the manufacturing process.

The chips weigh in at an average 10.4 g/chip. They’re a great option to use as a frac or an NCV in a denominated set, or as a frac or a $1 in a Starburst set! Please look at the photos carefully to judge condition for yourself before bidding.
