Hi Folks.

We've all seen pictures in various pr0n threads, there are some people out there with WAY too many dealer buttons! :wow:
I'm after 1 (yep, one) for my first mainly RHC cash set. I may end up buying from one of the traders here as some of them stock cool DB's. But figured I'd ask here first as I'd ideally like to get a 'real' casino one. The Jack's DB's look pretty cool but feel free to throw any options at me for consideration. Shipping to NYC.

Thanks! Matt

The vast majority of the buttons you see here aren't actually real casino buttons. Not sure if you got that, just making sure.

Ah, I mistook that as meaning "real" as in "not some POS plastic crap you buy off of amazon". Yeah, the people who have these massive collections of buttons are mostly not from actual casinos (but do try to replicate casino logos).

If you've got a THC cash set, then maybe you want an THC dealer button. @Eloe2000 do you have any extras leftover from the group buy?
Oops, I meant RHC, but those buttons look cool all the same.

@upNdown - ah that also makes more sense (I'm still new). Yeah, I pretty much meant not some lame plastic white chip with 'dealer' written on it. But maybe a rep of a cool casino :)

Not sure what he meant, just trying to clarify.
In my experience, most casinos use plain plastic dealer buttons made by Paulson, but almost identical to the crap you get on amazon

In that case, I'm not after a real one, I'm after an 'interesting looking' one.
Learn something new every day

Also, there's a group buy for a very sweet CDI dealer button run by @FordPickup92 that you could get in on too.

I think the problem with DBs is that there are just so damn many possibilities, it's hard to pick one.
Thanks for the mention, the order has been submitted already unfortunately. But there will be more buys to come!

Sad for Matt, happy for me Brie! Can't wait to see them.

@mattross1313 there are a lot out there. Maybe someone has a bunch of extras from a GB and can offer up one here. Seems like you want one that has casino styling.

There are tons of options! Were always working on buttons and what not ;)
I just repurchased 2 of my PCA buttons back from someone - I can spare one

Something to consider if you want to start your own collection is consistency. Many (if not all) of the GBs here use BR Pro blanks for custom dealer buttons. I think all of the ones I have are on 60mm blanks. It makes it really nice to display when they are all the same size.

Not to say don't go Apache; those DBs look cool :)

Thanks all for the offers and links, very much appreciated. I've managed to source a Jack's DB which should tie in nicely with my chippies.

Also, just noticing the OP - theres no such thing as too many dealer buttons...

I would normally agree, but have a horrible feeling that once I empty my wallet on chips, I will then turn to other items such as DB's and cards :wow:

You're not wrong. But at least dealer buttons are a cheaper hobby than chipping.

The Buttons Apache makes are 60mm and he gets them made somewhere else. The Rounders buttons gets out of stock a lot and he has to reorder them. I wound't be surprised if they are made by ABC/BRPOKERPRO . I didn't know until this past year the late SAL from OWPS had all his DB's and Chips produced by ABC. I just assumed that SAL did everything in house. The ones from Apache are quality buttons.

You make a good point  :ROFLMAO:
I have also been looking at picking up a stick of Vegas dice for my case, but am fully aware that I have never used them before when they came with other poker sets. Buy you know, when in Rome :wow:

So, you're saying I should go buy some buttons?

Why has nobody made a Royals DB?
Something like this which Apache has.

Or this if you like the MLB Royals.
