Sneak peak of the first run of custom cards (1 Viewer)

Hey all
Got a first look at my custom run of cards.

poker size/ jumbo index
.35mm pvc
Matte finish on the back
Gloss finish on the front
Matte oil protection both sides.

very happy with what I’ve seen.
next is the transport of 22 boxes to Australia.

Which company did you use? Minimum production run?

I rigorously sourced a Chinese manufacturer.
lots of samples and communication.
finally ended up with a product I was happy with.

MOQ 2000 with 1000/ each colour.
they won’t do less than that.

the order is in a container destined to Melbourne.

couple of hiccups I’m working through.

overall, the cards are thicker than most. On par with faded spade.
happy with the sanded finish on the back. Smooth gloss finish on the front.
index is a nice big size as we intended.

found some cards in the run are 1mm off centre. Doesn’t sound like much and almost unnoticeable. But I noticed.
the supplier claims the machines have a 1mm tolerance. However this was never mentioned to me.
I haven’t found any other cards with this tolerance.

Oh yeah. See the photos above. To the naked eye, it’s fine.

When the cards are in play, you don’t really notice anything.
I’ll try and get some samples sent out when they arrive
