Sixteen. Minutes.

I was looking on the forum at @Psypher1000 ‘s Las Armory Club chips. Thinking how nice DG Yellow looks these days, compared to my older sample set (scroll mold inlaid color sample set). Lamenting the fact that I don’t have any CPC scrowns to play with.

Then I clicked on the sales forum. And got the last spot for @arch3r ‘s sample set of JB. Cool! Some new colours to see how they look in person, and a few to twirl and spin and see how they feel.

Then clicked back to the Sales thread to wait and see if I did get a spot, and I see @Angie99 post 600 scrowns that have already been delabeled.

Fate.

And now I own 605 CPC scrown chips.

In sixteen minutes.

You can bathe in the tears of others.

And uh, dibs on a sample or partial if that happens  :whistling: (if extras happen, not tears of others)

I believe you can purchase blanks from CPC @Racer96 but unfortunately you will have to wait till the next scrown run... I gotta do a serious add on to these beauties!

That’s a great set, Ben.

I’m back down to 3 CPC molds that I do not have playable sets on.
Large Crown and DieCar are not very appealing to me. However, if a jockey mold set comes up, I’m in trouble.

I believe we have samples of just about every mold. Circle Square and scrown are by far my favorites but Horse Heads aren't far behind either! I don't think you will be disappointed in your purchase!

It’s funny how tastes can change. My favourite edge spots when I started buying chips, became my second or third favourite after owning a few sets. Now, nearly 2 decades later, I don’t even know if I have a favourite edge spot.

My favourite mold when I got my first custom set, quickly changed when I ordered my second and third and fourth custom sets,,,,,, and then purchasing other people’s sets. And casino used sets. And old school card club sets. (Casino worn ASM’s are so very different!)
And molds can even feel different if they are inlaid vs hot stamped. Weighted vs unweighted.

So just get them all.

It only takes a few minutes........

Oh i can’t leave this to chance. Give me two weeks after this fever and I’m flying in.
I think he’ll be moving back to France eventually. You all could meet up, unless you are already on your way back by then.

Great pickup, Mike. And you are right. My tastes have also changed quite a bit over time. Seeing so many great CPC sets, I’ve got like 50 mock-ups sitting in the tool. One day, I’ll pull the trigger on another custom set.

We were emailing with our French residency provider this past week, and it seems like the earliest we might return would be September. It’s still an unknown, but it was nice to get some sort of date to look towards. We were having an amazing time in France, so much so that I could honestly say that I could see myself living there some day. And I never thought I would ever leave BC, let alone the PNW. So I was pretty sad to hear you guys were not having a good time with your transition. :(
I’ll be sure to save some samples for you of any custom sets that I have.

Yeah, those are amazing chipes. I’m still shocked that I traded away a rack of those 50¢ chips. And even more stunned that I traded the 1/8 pie chips. And completely gobsmacked that I’d do it again for what I traded for.

I don’t even save all the mock ups I do. I just play around and create again. When I find a combination I love, it always seems to come back out.

lol.... been there, done that
These were solids. I had to hit reply before you got online. Or else I’d have to wait 1 month 1 week a couple of days a few hours before you resold them.

I saw it and passed. Two custom cpc sets are plenty.
