One of the guys that works for me did these. Variation on the traditional method of gluing the sides to the barrel body portion, all 1 piece and a single CnC operation that just needs sanding/finishing by hand afterwards.

Now that we worked out the kinks I'm getting 4 more made. The 4 magnets were the way to go, strong enough to lift the full rack with. I was impressed, do you think 25$ each is a fair price? That's what he's offered to produce them for me at.

Fair price, I’m interested to see how he machines the top and bottom in one OP.

edit: and by fair price, I mean at least half what I would have charged, not including materials

I may not be correct about one OP for the bottom, I'd have to ask. I don't know squat about this type of work.
