All over stamp cancelled but when I removed the cancellation carefully, it’s kinda visible on most

I remember SOMEWHERE someone was selling many over cancelled racks
That was over 10 years ago
I’d bet they were on eBay but I’m not positive

oh the good old days when racks of chips popped up daily on feeebay

I've always seen these at the chip convention. You could probably score at least a dozen of them there if you comb through enough binders. What the prices would be though, I don't know. But I've definitely seen them there.

Yeah I think it was Brie @FordPickup92 who mentioned there were quite a few singles for sale last year…Sadly I won’t be able to attend the convention but maybe someone here could help?

I found only a one and it was meh. Did not see one single Lakeshore either. I still need the non denom and 50c myself. Overall was a disappointing convention for me and anything significant Cali. Lost out on a huge chip but that's a different story. @Psypher1000 hooked me up with sone free chippies as usual and i tried to reciprocate. Great to see the PCF crew as always.
