Even if it doesn't work it could be worthwhile if someone had a way to have it repaired.

For $1,200 it's worth the risk. And there's a guy on eBay who sells these... AND offers repair services for them. I'm willing to bet he'd repair a unit he didn't sell, for a fee.

Good Price if it works. I'm assuming it doesn't because the power cord that is required for that is a very common power cord. Why not just list it with a Power Cord and say if it works or not.
