The resurrection of the small crown has my head spinning and I'm not constantly playing with the chip tool. I bet a lot of you are too. Let's see your ideas!

Here's my first:

Okay, I was trying to keep this one close to the vest. I’ve played with this idea for a while now and will be ordering it before next year’s price increases. Whether it’s on the scrown mold or nor remains to be seen.

Have a few few inlay and theme ideas, but no inlay design yet.

0.25/0.50 single table cash set. Going for a modern classic Cali set, all 3d14 spots which are extremely common amongst the best Cali casino sets. Non denom frac, which I hope can be hotstamped. Planning on 100/200/400/80/20 plus spares. All DG base colors.

Limit set. Non denom frac used for antes if needed.

So, I'm just catching on now. "Scrown" = S. Crown = Small Crown. What is the history of this? Why is this mold so desirable? Why is it better than Large Crown?

Was thinking a cash set, but my group rarely plays cash, so now looking at tournament T25 through T5000. I have a theme in mind, waiting on my samples to arrive to play with more designs before moving to inlay.

I'm not sure if scrown is better than large. I think it was used more, so more people are familiar with it. The real popularity is driven by the history of TR King and how some of those employees left to start other popular chip companies. Here's the high overview of the history. Thenpart about "Paul's son" is pretty cool :)

All these mocks/ideas are truly fascinating.

If I was designing my cpc's now instead of earlier this year, I would have chosen small crown instead of "A".
