I have read on here about the great customer service from Apache and wanted to confirm my experience.

I ordered a set of a Bank chips a couple weeks back. While oiling then I noticed that there were two different labels on the 500 chips. One was a light purple, the other dark.

I emailed Apache at night and the next morning I had a reply and a new barrel in the mail. It was literally within a business hour Vegas time.

Love the labels on those chips! Reminds me of the Le Paulson Noir. Let me know what you think when you receive your order. Easy to shuffle? Etc.
