I have someone wanting me to ship 830 chips to London England so i was at the post office and got a price to ship. I was guessing 30 pounds with the right address and it was going to be around ~$140

Has anyone sent around 900 chips from CONUS to England recently? Just wondering if it was even close to a correct estimate. I was unprepared because i was thinking i could sent in large flat rate box:(

Thanks

Well, for comparison purposes, I've got a ten pound package coming to me from South Korea and it was $72 or $78 in shipping including signature delivery.

Something to consider - think long and hard about the dimensions of your package. Weight is not the only factor. I've seen cases where a box with fewer linear inches (H + W + L) cost less than a box with more even though they were nearly identical weight. The issue was going from what was considered a small parcel to a large box.

Just sent a MFRB to the UK last month and it was $67 for shipping. I taped the dog shit out of it and it made it safely. You might think about 2 MFRBs instead of a LFRB. Price is pretty much the same.

Yeah it would be safer. Thanks, i was cosidering that because there was no room for packing to protect them.
