Looks just like one of mine after it was somehow on the floor and I rolled over it with my office chair. Fortunately, I never keep anything irreplaceable in my office.

(Except, y'know, thousands of confidential client files and such, but LOLclients.)

I don't think this happened by accident. There's a pinpoint hole in the black inlay. Looks like someone tied to hammer a nail through the chip.

Good observation but no nails or sharp objects were involved. That said, it wasn't an accident either. I just wanted to see how well the inserts stay in place and how durable the chips are.

They are as good as any I have owned and much better than some.
