I only have a single CIC chip, a mint Fremont chip like this:

The chip's edges are very sharp. I'm wondering whether all CIC chips are like this, or if BJ made some with beveled edges?

Also interested if the edges of older version coin chips with mold imprints (like Redbelly's Silver Birds) are the same?

:)

all the CiCs i have played with have quite a sharp edge.

I'd like to own a set but that sharpness might be a dealbreaker. Really don't enjoy playing with chips that sharp.

Could always mill them myself I guess... o_O

I have six or seven BJ CIC sets, and I've never noticed any of them being anywhere near as sharp as new clay chips.

Yeah I never put new clay chips in play, always break them in first. I'm sure BJ CIC edges get rounded with use as well, but that mint chip I have feels very sharp. A casino used set could be the ticket...
