Original post edited to include all CMYK color codes so you can use these in your inlay artwork to match the borders.
Do you have an example of what “stripes” option would look like?
Having an alternative to unaligned edges would be great. I don’t have any chips like these and haven’t seen them in person (samples coming!) but i was worried about how much unaligned edges were going to bother me.

The "stripes" option is the standard design. Solids would just have the stripes and text removed from the edges. I really ruined things when I started doing aligned edges way back when on ceramics.

I like the idea of no text on the edges and would prefer solid edges as well. That will give the additional flexibility to choose which color we want from the entire lineup for each denomination. I'm interested in a micro cash set of... say 300 or so chips.
That would be a really piss-poor use of a great design, imo.
So you already know Gene is a star. Well I was a bit worried, based on feedback, that the black center Apes design wouldn't work very well so I reached out to him via PM to see if it would be a problem. A little while later, this appears in my inbox:
Gene's been upgraded to superstar! His advice is, while it looks pretty good, to increase the thickness of the ape body and the casino outline. So that's what I've done here:

was supposed to get this awesome design done on Sunfly hybrids ... Just trying to stir-up the pot a little Thank you. Looks great. I do need a spare set of chips to leave at a friend's place when we play poker, and am contemplating these (it's a very cigar friendly place and I think these ceramics could be a good fit).
This looks great. Do you mind doing a mock-up with standard colors and another with the Cali colors?
I might join in and a Apes by for the heck of it... Those are amazing.

I know right! If this was a standard set @ABC Gifts and Awards had on stock I would be buying it in the future for sure and add on as well.
I don't need a cash set. I have three I don't use enough, but it does not stop the fact I want and might purchase....

All sets look great, although I am going to stick with the traditional colors (middle row) and add the purple $500 chip as well. I bet the $500/$1K/$5K look pretty dope as well.
