I had custom seat draw cards made about 10 years ago and have been dragging them around in a small Pelican case with the pick-and-pluck foam.
I decided to update the case a bit so I 3d-printed an insert to the Pelican case that fits perfect for the seat draw cards.
Here are some photos of the results.
Outside of the case - painted my bear logo in orange
Inside the case - 3d printed the insert in orange plastic
Seat draw cards - I have five tables of 10 cards and four extras in case some get lost or we want an 11th player at a table. Each table and the extras have their assigned slots in the Pelican case insert.
The foam was left in the lid as well as a thin foam layer on the bottom.
All together it works great and doesn't rattle.
