Hi folks.
Sorry in advance for my bad gramma.
So after years of only online poker I'm finaly hosting home games again.
I have a angry Mallard tourney set for STT.
Rounders cash game set is on its way.
And I got loads of Majestics and Royals CC for MTT. CPC custom is an end game goal. I have a custom made neoprene mat from a french site.
I've been browsing around looking at all your gorgous poker tables but I don't have enough room and I live in Scandinavia so my options are limited. My question is this - have any of you guys tried a generic cheap table top with a custom neoprene mat on top? Can you make something decent that way?
The roster is growing and I really want something relative nice for the boys...

Cheers

You could do a hinged topper that folds away for storage and the mat just sits on top as the playing surface.

Playing on just a mat works, but the arm rail really completes the experience and makes dealing cards easier as they won't go flying off if they aren't caught.
