Hi all, just wanted to share and document some fun poker chips and movie memorabilia from the movie "Rush Hour 2"
I'm slowly gathering enough to get a barrel in each denomination, but it was also cool researching some information on these props such as this movies impact on prop money. Story goes that after the movies climactic casino explosion, prop money floated down to the general public (as well as cast members) and people attempted to pass these bills off as counterfeit. The secret service had to get involved and the laws around prop money and its production had to be changed.
All in all a fun set, will probably post later on about tracking some 25$ and 100$ denominations that tend to be more tricky to find.
