Just for fun was thinking through what the starting stacks and total chip count would have been involved in the final game with Teddy KGB.

I believe the general consensus is that on the final hand there was $60,000 on the table. I think a reasonable chip count would be:
80 x 25
180 x 100
80 x 500

for starting stacks the following seems about right:

40 x 25
40 x 100
10 x 500

Does this seem about right?

Not exactly the breakdown you proposed, but here is my Rounder's heads up set

Okay, watched Rounders tonight. Looks like each starting stack was

80 x 25
80 x 100

seems like a recreation set would be about
160 x 25
160 x 100
80 x 500

“We both start with a couple of racks”….I remember that line distinctively. I guess that was a rack of 25’s and a rack of 100’s each?

I think these were the stacks for the heads up dual at the end of the movie…

80 x $25 ($2,000) Mike’s Starting Stack*
80 x $100 ($8,000) Mike’s Starting Stack*

80 x $25 ($2,000) KGB’s Starting Stack
80 x $100 ($8,000) KGB’s Starting Stack

40 x $500 ($20k) KGB’s 1st Rebuy After Bust
40 x $500 ($20k) KGB’s 2nd Rebuy (unseen)

[160 x $25, 160 x $100, 80 x $500 / 400 chips]

*the $10k check Mike got from the Professor
