That $500 is sick! What is that spot pattern called? And what level is it? Or can you just add the 4 dots to any chip for a premium?

The dots are painted on.



J/K. They’re punched and filled. They do cost a significant premium per chip, and that’s after the barrister fees you’ve paid to convince CPC to actually attempt them for you.
