Picked up these solids recently. I really like the color especially with a touch of oil. Pulled out all my red chips for a match. Looks closest to the Santa Ysabel 5's

Any guesses? Thanks!

Thanks! Love this color!
PAT has good taste!

The closest match to the PAT chip in the center is that PAT chip at the top of the photo.

sorry, couldn’t help it. Yes that Santa Y chip looks a match

Quite the contrast with just a mili-tspoon of mineral oil.

More info is always better, right? The photo has both an oiled and an unoiled chip
As long as we're comparing apples to apples. Trying to match an oiled chip to an unoiled sample colour will lead to misleading results (especially among blues). Best to identify with unoiled vs. unoiled. Once you know, then oil to your heart's content.

I have noticed some old red chips are hard to color match. Cherry and Royal Red are the two most "true" red colors and seem like popular choices.
