Good Afternoon All. I have looked high and low, but I am still missing some info that I know is around here somewhere. I am hoping you all will be so kind to help me.

I am relabeling one set of chips for a wedding gift and another for my dad's birthday. Can anyone tell me the following:

RHC mold .. I believe the correct width is 1.13" to take up the entire area, correct? Anyone know the thickest label it can take without issue?

THC mold ... Can anyone tell me the largest width of label it will take and the thickest label?

As always, thanks in advance !!!

RHC are 1 & 1/16" (give or take a couple hundredths depending upon the chip) so 1.0625 - When I make RHC labels I cut them at 1.06"
THC assuming you are taking a standard 7/8" = .875" - When I make THC labels I cut them at 0.86"

Thickness? No idea. My laminated labels are 7.25-7.5 mils thick and they easily fit below the lips on RHC/THC.

You might want to check this thread for more info on thickness - https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/my-sticker-mule-labeling-experience.73483/

or my post about diameters (in that thread) - https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/my-sticker-mule-labeling-experience.73483/page-4#post-1539713
