We had the "Rate this inlay" series in 2020, and since I like polls, I thought I'd start a series to pick PCF favorite line up. I am going to use pictures of samples I own because as usueful as the Chip Guide can be, picture quality is often...subpar. Sadly I don't have that many samples, so you are encouraged to contribute with your own (cash/tournament, casino/fantasy - THC/RHC/TRK, your personal CPC custom...doesn't matter as long as you own the sample)

What you are voting on:
- color progression/combinations
- edge spot progression
- inlay design
How do you rate the overall design of the set?

What you aren't voting on:
- rarity/availability
- condition
- affordability

Pros: Spot geometries are pretty good.

Cons: The inlay is ugly, weird, and casino-y.

Meh: Small crowns. The tri-moon is overused, and the triple-color on each chip gets a little chaotic.

Overall: Meh. Five out of ten.

You're the current front-runner for worst chip design taste on PCF and you have some stiff competition  :ROFLMAO:

8. I LOVE THE COLORS, feel, and well, everything about them. I can't rate them higher because the progression is stupid (or lack of progression).

I mean, I think tri-moon is overused on s-crown BECAUSE THE MAPES MADE THE PERFECT SET AND EVERYONE WANTS TO TRY TO GET A PIECE OF PERFECTION

Opinion noted. :)

FWIW when I said it was overused I meant it was overused in this one set. Also - three chips are tri-moon but one is four-stripe? Ugh. What's that about?

Contrast is good, spot progression is basically none. Different spot color for each spot makes it nicer for stacks with such contrast in base. I like the inlay style with negative effect white on black.
