Just arrived in Vegas today. I’ll try to post a few things as I go.

At the Flamingo, comped 4 nites (but have to pay resort fees).

Nice room, big bathroom with TV in the mirror! Strip view, right over the main Flamingo neon sign.

I usually stay here when we come to Vegas once a year....big thing now is this is one of the slowest times in Vegas, right before Christmas.
I’m a low roller.....play poker, Blackjack, Ultimate Holdem, Paigow and do some sports betting. I’m not a slot player. So I think coming here this time of year is a big reason.

4 hours at Ultimate holdem table watching Chiefs-Chargers.....was down over $300, battled back to +$8.
So far, haven’t seen a single spotted Flamingo $1 chip.

Played some pit games there for just a bit back in March. Didn't see a single spotted at any of the table games. Even worse...most of what I saw, especially at the craps tables, was a MIX of the ceramic and clays!

3:00 in the morning and just finished 4-hour session in Flamingo poker room.....only saw this one lonely spotted $1 the whole night so I rescued it.....nice shape, sharp edges.

Up and down day at various table games but finished on a heater @ $2-4 limit poker...+$120 in addition to winning $75 in hourly drawing for anyone who won a hand with a flush or better.

Just checked in downtown at Golden Nugget for the final 2 days of trip. Room is pretty nice, but nothing for a view.
Gambling was pretty rough on the Strip, so hoping to turn it around a bit down here.
