RAFFLE RULES
- There are 20 entries available at $21 USD each. This equals $400 USD plus $20 shipping from Canada. You may buy as many entries as you like.
- Payments should be sent via PayPal Friends & Family to this address:
- Please include your PCF nickname in the PayPal notes. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN THE NOTES.
- Shipping to US or Canada is included for the winner.
- International entries are welcome, but the winner will have to pay any additional shipping cost over $25 USD.
- Since there is no daily Pick-3 style lottery where I live, I'll use the New York Lottery Daily Numbers game. (The chips are from Brighton Beach, after all.) We will use the Evening winning number from the date 2 days after all slots are filled.
- Each entry will be assigned a range of 50 numbers (see below.) The ranges will be assigned randomly once all entries are sold and paid for.
- I reserve the right to cancel this raffle at any time, for any reason. If that happens, all valid entries will be refunded.
