Yeah I had 50 of the $50 chips from a stock set that I don't use and I wanted to make nickels so I want to order 200 more blanks and then get Gear to get me 500 labels. Still waiting to hear how he wants me to pay him lol.

Hah! I've been looking into the same thing. The answer is, apparently, wait until Josh remakes the website and then you can order any increment of 25.
On the labeling note -- Did you create the label yourself for the nickels, or are you trying to get Gear to make them for you? I want to get some custom labels made for milano's but I suck at art, so even though I have a "concept" I have no idea how to "execute".
Sidequestion: How difficult/time consuming was de-labeling the chips? I like some of the milano colors that are not available as blanks more than the blank colors.

I was able to remove 100 labels in an hour or so with a fine knife to get under the sticker gently without scratching it noticeably.
I am having Gear send me labels for 0.15 each.
I haven't received the 200 extra chips yet (I needed to order the $50 chips because the blue is lighter so I will be removing 400 labels!)
I'll let you know how it goes!

a) Are there restrictions on getting a modified version of an existing label printed?
b) How well does the custom label match the factory ones?

A) not sure, but I'm not selling it and Brybelly doesn't offer 5c and I purchased the 50$ chips legally so I don't see a problem with it
B) gear did a great job matching the Milano style. It's very very close
Legally you're fine as long as you're not selling them. Or using them for financial gain.
What about impressing women with them to get them into bed? (Hint hint)
That's only illegal in 48 states
So you have to lose any time you play a game with them! ;-)
