I'm considering going next year and was interested in events like the Colossus, Big 50 (if they have it again?) and the Mini Main.

How did you all like the structures? It seems like this year they made a big push to make a number of lower buyin events have significantly better structures than in the past.

I'm not a tournament guy at all and the big 50 was the first one ive ever done, other than a silly little $50 hyper turbo shovefest.

I was fairly nervous that I'd struggle, but I loved the structure. It was super deep to start with and the levels were 50 mins long. I felt like there was plenty of time to be patient and pick good spots. Even the BB ante was fine, though it sucked balls as I got shorter in day 2 lol.

Structure this year was way better than in years past. If they keep it comparable next year, I’ll probably try to play a couple more.

I played the $600 mixed holdem/omaha tourney, so that’s the structure I liked. But I think other low buy in tourneys were comparable.
