which wire is the electrical grounding?

Not sure about in Switzerland but here its the bare/green wire.

The white wire should be your neutral and it looks like the clear one is the hot.

Most probably plug. I've seen some adapter in the local store where you can control via remote.

Cool. That's a great light for an oval table. I decided to just add another recessed light above my round poker table instead of the pendant light.
