I just received a few chip racks that I bought off another site. They’ve arrived but don’t seem right. They are 68 mm, Advertised as what the casinos use. The chips are supported on the sides and don’t actually come in contact with the bottom of tray. I’ve tried Paulsons, Nevada jacks, various casino chips and even sluggers. They all have no contact on the bottom of rack. Is this normal or will it cause damage to clay or ceramic chips?

My ceramic chips fit perfectly in the "Chipco" racks I got from @BR Pro Poker . There have been a lot of postings in the past month of people having problems with various other racks.
