What is the purpose of the white/grey dot on the inlay of some higher-denomination Paulson casino chips. For chips like the Jack Detroits it seems to be in the bottom right of the inlay for all denominations but for others, like Horseshoe Cincinnatis it's in a different position depending on denomination and accompanied by another symbol that varies by denomination. Is it for some sort of machine counting at the casinos?
