Proper Measurement For Table's Inner-Ring for Topper (1 Viewer)

Ladies & Gents,

Buying my first custom table topper from Rjdev - I need to know how to properly measure the inside ring of my table so that the topper lays flush within it... Anyone know how to do so? Google wasn't much help.
