Hey Tournament Directors (@Beakertwang @BGinGA @bsdunbar1 @Highli99 @toynoob) - i recently opened my own poker club and was able to review/approve new players until (i believe) the recent pokerstars software update (resulting in a new looking platform). Now when I am informed of a new applicant, when I click on the "review" button - nothing shows up for me to approve (the older version would populate a window that had the new player name and the option to approve).
Have you had this problem and if so, how did you resolve it? I have sent a couple emails to pokerstars support and have just received two generic non-helpful responses with no indication of finding a solution to what appears to be a software problem (have tried on three different computers and Ios and PC operating systems with no luck)
