Where is this park?
Oh sorry sir, the smaller course of the huge one?

The small course is in College Park, Maryland, just outside DC. Calvert Road Disc Gold course is its name

The monster Course is also in Maryland about a half hour from that one if that. Senica Creek state park disc golf is the name of that one.

Nice area. I used to drive right by the park a few times a year as a shortcut to work if I wanted to stay off the highway and avoid traffic on 270.

My last purchase was a few of these. We can all guess for what....

It is the Hickory Crawdads. Minor League teams are famous for crazy theme nights and this is one where a bunch of teams across country did food themed nights. The primary reason is to sell funny merchandise.

They were the Hickory Couch Potatoes.

I waste hours looking at MILB hats ever week. The food theme ones are always good but tough to justify spending 30-40 bucks on.

This is my favorite "I love it but would never wear it" hat.

The team is the Hartford Yard Goats. Because why not.

These are the other two food related ones I own. The first one is a supervillain named Dr. Cocktail Sauce. I don't spend money wisely...

That's a -5 Turn, does that mean you generally hyzer flip that disc?

I'd imagine with a flat release it would go pretty far right (assuming RHBH)
It would with a flat release and excess power. But with correct release and controlled power, it's my longest disc by about 20ft and little fade. Obviously not a disc for any headwind.

Nice hats :) Can't do the flat brim look, because I'm old. New Era hats be made right here in Buffalo. Used to think they were an awesome company until they asked for all this money from the government for Covid-19 relief, then fired hundreds of employees around here after they got it. Now the stadium where the Bills play, formerly New Era stadium, is now just called Bills stadium. The County Executive removed their name.

I'd wear that. If it would fit.... I have the joy of needing a 8 1/4 to 8 1/2 hat size....
Yeah unfortunately I've got a big melon of a head and need at least an 8 for a fitted hat. :(

Will be trolling eBay for a large size of that Couch Potato hat.

Did find a great Jersey for @inca911 though.

These mascots remind me of almost 20 years ago when they briefly brought back the MISL (indoor soccer) including resurrecting the old St. Louis Steamers team that I loved. My wife and I lived in Dallas at the time and would go to the games when the Steamers were in town playing the Sidekicks. One time we even took a trip to Houston and caught the Steamers game while we were there. I can't remember the team name, but their mascot was Pico de Goalie. It was some poor dude in a chili costume, and I remember they sent him out into the crowd with no handler and he got absolutely mobbed and knocked down by all the kids and had to pick his way out and escape. Later he came back with some escorts for protection.

My old ergonomic mouse was actually causing me some thumb pain from using the forwards/backwards buttons, so I decided to try a more radically shaped vertical mouse. This is going to take some getting used to. I just took the built-in heel rest off, and I'm liking it better without that. The thumb buttons are nice.

I'm a white nerd so I was super worried how they would look on me. I do a really small curved brim to not ruin the hat but also not look ridiculous and it works for me. It helps that I am wearing goofy hats as opposed to "cool" ones.

I buy a lot of the hats from their official team websites so the good news is at least I am supporting the Minor League teams and not just the scummy company.

Unfortunately they probably did a limited run since the theme night was supposed to be in June but the season was canceled this year. Only the smaller sizes left and they didn't do a snapback version. Luckily I am a 7 1/4 which is one of the most common sizes and usually in stock. Hopefully they will push the promotion to next year and restock. I am yet to see a hat I want that wasn't available but then restocked anywhere. I am guessing most teams are hurting right now to sell merch. The official site is your best bet.

Here is my full collection so far after about 5 months. It been a fun replacement hobby for me as opposed to chipping. At least when I get drunk and look at hats I end up paying $60-70 for two hats I will actually wear and enjoy as opposed to a few casino sample sets I will put in a drawer or a $300 tournament set I will never use and try and resell.

My three favorites are the Trash City Pandas, Vermont Lake Monsters, and Norwich Sea Unicorns (two versions). The Albuquerque Isotopes always gets the biggest reaction though since most people know the team because of the Simpsons.

I can't explain the stoner Iguana wearing a straw hat. Please don't ask me to.

Also the one on the bottom right is an alternate hat of the Reading Fightin Phils who maybe has the greatest official logo in all of sports.

How do you mount it? I’m trying to picture the arrangement and I can’t quite figure it out.

It sits on the desk just like that. It's just called a vertical mouse because it's basically tipped on its side. It's supposed to put your wrist in a more natural position.

What's up with that fucked-up farmer lizzard?

My last purchase is a three-fer...

-Xbox Series X

-Samsung Q80T 55" (65" would be too big to swivel 90° off wall for poker games)

-Secret Lab Titan gaming chair
(Batman Edition. While I'm a Marvel fan, I grew up on Batman)

My friends and I all bought the Xbox and PGA 2k21. It's an awesome game. Beautiful courses.

(Xbox is here, rest is on order)
