He’d said he had almost a side thing going on selling sets (presumably chiproom stuff like JACKS) to guys running big games, for big dollars. I guess a big markup on those kinds of chips could get him there.

i don't know much about him but it seems he definitely has an 'in' to any big game he wants. and with quality chips he can mark them at whatever price for millionaires and they wouldn't bat an eye. as long as they like them and they're nice.
