Pretty simple question, for those who live in NJ. @jbutler is the only one I know off the top of my head...are you planning to play online when they come back? Do you currently play online in NJ?

Other thoughts are welcome

Yes I currently play online in NJ at 888, WSOP and Party. I will give PS a shot too but in general I hop around to whomever has the best promotion.

Play regularly on WSOP and built up a healthy bankroll. Don't care much for the PP user interface. Never played PS, but will give it a shot.

I am assuming here that you can't play in worldwide games, yeah? USA can only play against other USA?

In NJ you only play against other people located in NJ. You do not need to live in NJ but you have to physically be in NJ. They enforce this with software that knows your location based on IP address and a slew of other factors ...

i was under the impression that it only allowed you to play with others within the State lines and not any others, like Nevada you only play with other online players in Nevada, no crossing of State lines allowed, I think Delaware has a similar requirement and thought they were trying to get an interstate agreement for boardering states like Del NJ...limits the pool

I don't online, and am not planning to... although I'm sometimes tempted to consider it.

(I used to play, but I quit a couple of months before Black Friday came.)

i loved it and left some money on the table when black friday hit, but i question if i trust it any longer, not the chance of another black friday or the chance of a site takin my money and running away but more for the unknown of who is sitting at the table with you. one guy with 5 id's and you are sitting there in a 6 table max, or a computer bot, or a room full of players colluding around "bum hunting" or fish hunting and other options that you may not be aware of that would diminish your odds.......

i would probably play but for micro stakes nothing serious because of the above...and my new id would be INVRCASH...since i am a suckfish

it would be great to see it back, just dont know if it is a reality any time soon, the interstate thing might be ok but it just wont be the same without the massive numbers world wide online had before...:(

Correct. Legislation was shut down that would have given the 3 states with legal online poker to have a shared pool, but it looks like that's not going to be happening for a while

Is FullTilt also Part of PS Coming Back ?
No full tilt is being completely dissolved in the near future, poker stars bought full tilt after Black Friday but don't really promote it, it will be gone in the near future
