Seriously. You don't want all the eastern european and third world people there. Pokerstars EU is no fun to play because of that. Hardcore grinders even in microstakes - have fun fighting a full blown war over every single cent. France, Spain and Italy were smart enough to opt for a separate player pool where they only play among themselves. You guys have enough people in your country to still get plenty of tables running at any time of day.

No shared liquidity with international PokerStars. There’s a limited interstate compact to allow shared liquidity among a few U.S. states for sites with online presence in multiple states (Nevada, Delaware, NJ). Pennsylvania may eventually join but I think its operations will initially be only intrastate.
