Pokershop.de experiences (1 Viewer)

Hi!

First of all I want to apologise if i make mistakes, english is not my first language.

I’m searching for my first better quality poker set, but in my country (Hungary) I can’t find any.
I have a lot of bad experiences with online orders, so I’m a little affraid to order from antother country.

(The set I’d like to buy is this:
https://pokershop.de/Poker-Chip-Set-Las-Vegas-Pokerclub-500 )

My question is, can you share any positive or negative experiences with the pokershop.de website?
Especially with international orders in EU counties.

Thanks for any help in advance!
Overpriced they overcharge on shipping and are very difficult to deal with I would suggest stay away and look elsewhere.

thats why we have 5 star google rating (online since 20 years).

For shipping costs in nearly all countries out of Germany we make a loss. For Regions like Scandinavia, Spain, France if it is a remote area we are paying 40 eur+ per parcel.

I have placed 5 or 6 orders through you. All items available ready to ship on the web site came through fine with no issues. I found you where a better deal than Poker Merchant and still offered free shipping to Ireland. I would recrement your site for people looking to buy starter sets or accessories.

HOWEVER...
your custom ceramics have been a miserable experience. I ordered twice, the first order was for 39mm and your guy printed them at 43mm and you didn't seem to give a shit about that. Pretty terrible service there.
I was willing to give you a second chance, but the second time I didn't get a design proof of the chip before the lot was printed. Both times colors where very disappointing. I would have easily ran a 800 chip set through you if the second order was much smoother. Instead I went through Tina and am delighted with the quality and colors.

I would suggest you find another guy for your custom section for ceramics. They are clearly using a subpar printing method compared to what ever Tina is doing. You told me it was impossible to get good blacks printed with ceramics and my new set clearly proves that wrong. Also if your guys gets it wrong you should at the very least try and fix it with the customer
