Sorry for the noob question guys but I'm new to the whole chip world and looking to get a decent set. Trying to do as much research as I can before making a decision and ordered some samples from this site. Are they legit? After I placed my order I never got an email and when trying to contact them the email address was undeliverable so now I'm a little nervous. Just wanna make sure, thx.

You may want to stick to getting samples from the forum vendors and other members. You'll never get screwed that way.

Two things stick out on that site immediately to me .................

1. Before I could even connect to that site Firefox warned me of a bad certificate and made me make a security exception for them before it would even connect. You don't see something like that on a web site that is run by someone who even remotely gives a damn.
2. They don't have anything even remotely close to decent. Even their "Nevada Jacks" didn't look quite right, which tells me that when they actually gave a damn they only sold cheap chinese knockoffs. Nothing they have is worth 2 cents (sorry man).

Whatever you tried to buy, cancel your order. And don't be surprised if you have to dispute the charges to get your money back. The closest thing they have to something worth 2 cents is their ceramics, and we all know the 2 people to turn to for ceramics - @BR Pro Poker (brpropoker.com) and @SUN-FLY Poker Chips (sunflycasinoequipment.com).

These 1 and 2 star reviews come from folks that actually received products from the site back in 2014-2015. So at least they were shipping. Still, sounds bad

If you are not in a huge hurry, spend some time on the forum and ask questions. What I want now and what I thought I wanted 3 months ago when I joined here have completely changed. Arm yourself with information so you can make educated decisions. Plus we have some great group buys where you can get kick ass chips for about the same as what some of that "discount" crap costs.

Thanks for the info guys. If I knew about this forum beforehand I would've never even ordered from them obviously.

So I just tried calling them to cancel my order and nobody answered so I left a message. The charge on my card is still pending so hopefully they'll cancel it asap. I really don't wanna deal with this kind of crap smh.
