Hi Everybody. This is my first post and im glad I found this forum! I'm currently remodeling my basement and looking for a quality poker table for my home games and thought maybe you guys can give me a little help here. My budget is 2k-3k range so I want something really nice and well built. Doing some searches online I found BBO tables and really liked the Elite and can be custom ordered with a automatic shuffler. Before pulling the trigger on this does anyone know any other table maker I should consider thats not BBO that makes casino quality tables? Or any reason why I shoudnt buy BBO? Thanks!

Thanks a lot guys! Yes these tables look awesome! Definitely what I'm looking for.

Yep, Tony's tables are second to none, can be comfigured exactly as you like, and are affordably priced.

And ditch the shuffler idea, unless you plan on springing for a casino-level quality device (costing many thousands of dollars). Nothing found in the cheaper consumer market will be worth the problems and heartache it creates. Just ask around -- for every single truly satisfied customer, there are dozens who regret their purchase.

That's nice to know! I was thinking that would speed up the game so we could get more hands in the night. Just curious if there is a automatic shuffler that creates no problems which one would that be?

There are several threads here about members' experiences with automatic shufflers, including this one.

I've only played in home games with pass the deal and with two decks of cards on the table -- one is shuffled while the other is in play. The games move quickly. Slowdowns are usually attributed to something else.

Thanks for the help!
