Yes, it sounds like he is crazy busy during the Covid thing. From personal experience I would say it's worth the wait (and I only have a refurbished basic table with a custom cloth), but four months is a long time to wait for the gratification of a new table.

+1 for Chanman. BBO is the only other option I know of, you could check them out too.

That said, a 16 week wait doesn’t sound too bad when a big portion of that will be mandatory quarantine or not a bad idea to choose to quarantine.
