Spoke to the seller, Joe, who recently closed down his card room. His 2 tables are built by Pete from East Coast Grind tables, who happens to be a "vendor" in my group. These are $2000+ tables a piece new and he's selling 2 for $1500 (Pete himself told me to buy them). This is a great deal for someone in the NY/NJ area. Hit Joe up and tell him Dan sent you.

Well thats because of our wonderful laws to help protect the casinos and fight the mafia You can be charged with conspiracy to promote gambling for having a home poker game or even playing in one. One year in county plus probation. Also working on a law that no more than two people in the same home can be online poker.

"The criminal law statues of New Jersey prohibit home poker games and all other forms of social gambling that are not licensed or approved by the state. According to New Jersey Criminal Law, 2A: 40-1, “All wagers, bets or stakes made to depend upon any race or game, or upon any gaming by lot or chance, or upon any lot, chance, casualty or unknown or contingent event, shall be unlawful”. "

A quote from our State attorney:
"Backroom gambling parlors are not welcome in New Jersey, where we are working hard to eliminate any and all unregulated gambling enterprises that operate in the shadows outside the law," Hoffman said. "Those who run these criminal enterprises will end up behind bars like these two men."
