I have a 10 hour layover in Seattle tomorrow on the way to Alaska and am considering venturing out of the airport to a nearby poker venue. Most of the rooms seem pretty small, so I would like to know if it would be worth the trip. Any local knowledge is appreciated.

I've played at Snoqualmie. Probably 1 hr drive. Lot of OMC regs.

I was hoping to stay within 15 minutes of the airport. Looks like the closest ones are Silver Dollar Casino, Wizard's Casino, and Fortune Poker.

Or Muckleshoot, but that is about 30 minutes or so from SeaTac Airport.

But in Washington, I don't believe there is true "no-limit" anywhere. I believe that it is $500 max bet/raises.

Fortune Poker is your best option, really not even close imho.

They are a poker only room spreading 4/8, and 8/16 Limit, 1/3NL and 3/5NL as well as some Omaha games iirc. However @Saoliver is correct that they are really $3-$500 and $5-$500 Spread games.

The room is nice, non-smoking and pretty well kept up. The chips are RHC and getting older, but not bicycle tires by any means. Play is not tough but I still find ways to lose (I'm not as dedicated as I used to be).

Food is decent and they have $250 high hands every 15 mins. with no qualifier (I've seen flushes win). Definitely worth the effort to get there.

I thought at first glance you were going to 'Nam, judging from how the airport name sounded:)
Travel safe to AK man! :)

I played at Fortune on my way to Alamo. I thought it was a great room. 10 full tables in the middle of the day and week.

I didnt have anything but the food they were rolling out look very good!

It looks like a $20 uber ride, unless they have a complimentary airport shuttle

Strangely enough, if you weren't aware of this -- Army jungle training before shipping out to 'Nam was held in Washington (Fort Lewis).

I’m already supposed to harvest some S2s for you at Macau. If I can ever find the time to play, maybe I can get both.
No Paulsons for me (thanks). One relabel at a time is enough.

Have you considered Macau? If you go there, I'll take a few barrels of their $2 chips, please.

I have no local knowledge, but looked up the chips on the ChipGuide -- both the $1 chips at Fortune (as posted above by AKChip) and Muckleshoot look good to me and have been newly issued in the past three years.
