I think it's 195 chips. 9 barrels, minus 2 for the missing chips on the $100 and $5000 barrel, and plus 17 for all the chips on top.

Edit: 175. Minus one barrel.

If money's what they mean by the count, then it would be $410,900. 79x100, 2x500, 32x1000, 59x5000, and 3x25000.

*shrugs* I dunno even know how to enter so the point is mute on my end. I see 39 whites and 99 greens

Agreed. My count:

79 x 100 = 7,900
2 x 500 = 1,000
32 x 1000 = 32,000
59 x 5000 = 295,000
3 x 25000 = 75,000
175 chips with total value of 410,900

178 chips totaling 411,525 if counting the three ceramics

But who knows what is considered the 'correct' format for "chip count". Total number of chips? Total value of chips? The latter is a more common usage of the term in poker. And the three ceramics throws another variable into the mix. With no rules or added information, there are technically four correct answers.
