You know what would be really cool? If there was a poker chip database like Wikipedia for poker chips. That way we could lookup and cross compare all the sets that are out there for home game use (not just casino chips).

It's been tried before and proved to be a monumental task. It's a shame that so many ImageShack links (Photobucket, too?) are dead and we can't see pics of some truly spectacular custom sets.

That said, feel free to give it a shot if you really want to

Jeff has a nice collection and I will add sets to the Resource section (under it's own sub-cat) like the HOF sub if members send me pics.
