Are you looking to acquire used ones as memorabilia, or are you trying to get new ones made for you to use?
For used ones: old hotstamp dies and poker chip molds occasionally turn up in auctions, but they're pretty uncommon. For example, recently there was an entire set of Scroll Mold cups
plus the die used to stamp the cups that was listed on
eBay for $15,000. Here's the PCF thread about the listing:

Here's the text of the
eBay listing and a couple of pictures, for anyone reading this later on after the listing's gone:
(Pictures from the auction are attached to this post)
As you can see from
this post, the site's admin Tommy has a HHR scroll mold cup; I'm not sure where he got it. I have a few mold cups; I got them from the Eisenstadt estate auction this year. As
@HaRDHouSeiNC mentioned, Overland Express has had some hotstamp dies for sale, see examples
here and
here and
here and
here. I recall seeing a number of others for sale here and there but I can't recall the details.
For new ones: dies for hotstamping are readily available from a number of suppliers; if you google "hotstamp dies" you'll turn them up. New molds for making poker chips are completely unavailable for compression-molded clay chips; nobody's making any new ones except Gaming Partners Inc and they'll only make them for casinos. New molds for injection-molded chips are readily available, but they cost tens of thousands of dollars to manufacture and aren't very interesting; they're very large, very heavy blocks of industrial machinery. Any supplier of custom injection-molded parts can have one made for you but I'm guessing that's not what you're after.
Can you talk a bit more about what you're looking for and what you're planning to do with them?
