I did a quick search and didn’t find anyone doing this before, so maybe it hasn’t been discussed and would be helpful to someone.
So I recently bought 10x ceramic plaques that are 53mm x 85mm. I had them sitting on my desk next to my humidor and cigar travel cases, and realized they may fit well in the 10 count Cigar Caddy, and they really do!
There’s a slight gap side to side, but the case is padded and has an extra piece of foam, so that keeps them very firmly in place when closed. Again I only have 10 so can’t say for sure, but it looks like this could hold about 50 plaques.
I pulled up my amazon order history, and added the link here for the exact one that I have. They run between $20 and $30. Or, if you’re a cigar smoker, a lot of time websites, Cigars International, JR Cigars, etc will have bundle deals with these and a 10 pack of cigars.
