Personalization recommendations for a gift (1 Viewer)

I’m giving two 500 piece HSI poker chip sets to my parents and my sister for Christmas in memoriam of my late grandpas passing. He used to frequent the southern Indiana casino and we used to play poker together as a family.

I was hoping to add some personalized touches to the gift. So far I thought about Spinettis custom poker chips with pictures of my grandpa. Or there’s plaques from brpropoker but I’d have to buy 12...
My wife thought maybe hot gluing a customized engraved metal plate/plaque on the outside of the chip case might look classy. I just don’t know.

If y’all have any other ideas lemme know. Thanks for the help

Custom dealer button as a tribute to him. Could consider custom cards or cut cards too.

Did he have a ‘famous’ saying? I’d use something that’s uniquely his instead of a photo of him (but that’s my personal taste, not right or wrong!).

+1 on a custom dealer button. BrPro can make them pretty fast too. A cut card would also be cool but those can take longer to have made. You could also buy a few nice 43mm Paulson and remove the original inlay and put a tribute label for your grandfather. It could be a cool custom card capper.

+1 Custom DB (Could even be a picture of a vintage car or hobby he enjoyed as well.


Or if he had different sayings that correlated with the following, you can do:
Show Em?
STFU?
Rabbit Hunt?

Or just like 10 different seating tokens etc.

Or another idea - You could make card protectors that may or may not be chips. Could be any object, think Monopoly player tokens.

I like the DBs, and card cappers a lil more - seems more personal. Lot of things you could include, did he have a favorite hand or hole cards?
