Paulson WTHC $500s (1 Viewer)

I've seen some discussions on this already but needed to ask again - can anyone tell my why some of my Paulson WTHC $500s seem to be much darker than others? Is this just a manufacturing issue or just from different lines? Any idea of the difference in value between the two?

I think it's because there are 2 version of these chips. The V2 it's much darker than the V1.

Every time I see "Paulson WTHC" I always read it as "Paulson What The Hell Chips". I know, it's just me. The chips are great, it's just the acronym.

The darker $500 chip is less common, and I believe it is older. There is also color variation in the metallic silver $5k chip with older versions appearing more metallic and newer versions appearing more grey.

I definitely prefer the lighter version. What proportion do you have for each of them @ars23 ?

No.... your definition of the acronym is completely accurate once one sees the prices they go for.
