What should I do to keep my mint Paulson's from warping. Is there anything they need temperature or humidity wise? Does it matter of they're in a rack or a case or something else?
Several good threads on cleaning but yes...dawn soap and a toothbrush can do a lot.I have a small collection but some chips have been around for a while and are dirty, any advise on how to clean them? Like water with very little soap or some kind of specific oil? thanks...

More snug than even the Paulson 24010 racks?Chipco racks will keep paulsons more snug than others. I have all my paulsons in them and are considering replacing all my other racks with them.

Same here. I use my Paulson racks to judge just how flat my chips are...the entire barrel has to be pretty darn flat to fit!Strange, this has not been my experience at all. The 24010 are more snug. One warped chip and you can't fit a barrel anymore. I find the ChipCos are a little more forgiving for this.
That makes a lot of sense....Having purchased a bunch of sets from randos on the internet here is what I've found. There are far fewer warping issues from the people who stored them in briefcase style cases. My theory is that they were more likely stored with the briefcase in a vertical position, ie. the chips were stacked on top of each other, preventing warping issues even if humidity and temperature weren't optimal. The ones stored in wooden boxes/casino racks tended to have more warping issues.
That said, I keep mine in a hodgepodge of different storage mostly due to space. I'm trying to get enough matsui/bj/b&g racks with lids for all my paulsons, so they aren't weight bearing anymore.
