Curious... is there a register of Paulson chips out there? At least the top 50 most sought after.
Would be nice knowing what's out there.

Not just chip names. I'd like specific info about each chip > Weight, Sizes, Sets, Rating etc.

As a new member just coming in, I can't find much info out there.

I haven't seen a public reference quite like what you're asking. My guess is that at least a few PCF members have compiled their own. There are a few sources that you could use as a starting point:

Biggest chipsets per casino, owned by PCF'ers (see the resource page and the original thread) - This is a good list of all the different chips that people here have built playable sets out of. Probably not comprehensive; but probably as close as you're going to find. This includes not just Paulsons but also TRKs, BCCs, CPC/ASM/BurtCos, Bud Jones, Matsui, B&G, etc etc etc. Also it's not just casinos; it includes fantasy sets, but not individuals' custom sets.

Fakes, Fantasy, and Counterfeit Chips - A good list (but not comprehensive and not up-to-date) of various non-casino sets.

ChipGuide - A database of darn near every casino chip that anyone has ever gotten their hands on. Includes pictures, source (i.e. the casino it came from) and description, but it doesn't usually have things like weights and sizes. Note that this doesn't include fantasy sets like CDIs and Classics and Noirs and so forth. And note that most of the chips in there are only going to be of interest to singles collectors, with chances of building a playable set being slim to none.

Records of the U.S. Playing Card Company - Not relevant to Paulsons, but of interest to those of us interested in vintage and antique chips. Sometimes ChipGuide entries will include the order cards that the chip manufacturers used to record the sales info; for example, here's the entry for The Boulder Club (1931-1960, Las Vegas). Scroll down to "Chip Order Cards". Some PCF members have used records like this to figure out how many chips were produced, which can give clues to how many might remain in existence - including, I believe, for some Paulson sets. I've never seen a compendium of such information in public, though.

Beyond that, searching PCF for the chip you're interested in will turn up pretty much all the information that there is about it in public, although it might be scattered across several different threads and posts.

Happy hunting!
