As played if you raised the turn I think you are turning your 6 into a bluff here. Even if you flatted the turn this option was available to you. But with villain's line I think you have to get him to lay down a 7 and maybe a weakish ace. I don't think you can win by checking. The question is can you win by betting or is villain playing to station, which he can do with an ace or a 7 here depending on how sticky he is.

While the ending of this isn't all that interesting. I thought most of the early action was worth the discussion. And apparently you all did too.
