This is the thing about small stakes, people can show up with weird stuff. I don't usually include that stuff in my analysis, but it's always possible villains can have weird 2 pairs like K4s, 24s, etc. Sometimes they just have weird hands like that that they are never going to fold.

This is true, which means you have a tremendous range advantage over any given table against a typical opponent at these stakes. The approach of everything looks like a nail when you've got a hammer applies here.
